The project is to include 1) a new roadway (or roadway segments combined with existing roads) to connect the US 101 corridor with the current terminus of Farmers Lane at Bennett Valley Road, sponsored by the City of Santa Rosa, and 2) a new 30 to 36-inch water supply pipeline extending from the Agency's Ralphine Tanks near Spring Lake Park to its Kawana Tanks located off Kawana Springs Road, sponsored by the Sonoma County Water Agency.
