                Document Description
            
            1.  The adoption of the North Fork Village Logical Sub Area infrastructure Master Plan and Design Guidelines including the Water Supply Assessment and the Assessment and the River Ranch Estates Operational Statement for the 1,722 acre North Fork Village Logical Sub-area, of which the proposed River Ranch Estates subdivision is a part;
2.  The approval of Rezoning CZ #2000-99 that amends the Madeira County Zoning Ordinance Map to designate portions of the River Ranch Esattes project site as RUS/MHA (Residential, Urban, Single Family/Manufacture Housing Architectural review Overlay), CUM/MHA (Commercial, Urban, Median/Manufacture Housing Architectural Review Overlay), OS (Open Space), and IA (Institutional Area); 
3.  The approval of Tentative Subdivision Map S #96-7 for River Ranch Estates consisting of that would divide approximately 793 acres into 181 lots and 40 outlots for future development (a total of 221 parcels) in the first phase;
4.  Approvals from Madera County LAFCo for the formation of a Community Services District or other organization to facilitate the delivery of services to the proposed development.
