Document Description
Grand Central Recycling and Transfer Station proposes to amend the existing Conditional Use Permit No. 99-2, which currently allows a daily tonnage capacity maximum of 1,500 tons per day (TPD). The proposed project would amend the daily tonnage capacity to a maximum daily capacity of 5,000 TPD. It is proposed that the facility reach full capacity by 2007.
