CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Heritage Homes to temporarily divert the flow of Fahrens Creek to install two 8-foot by 13-foot by 179-foot long concrete box culverts, place riprap upstream and downstream of the culverts, and make minor stream modifications to match the existing topography with the new culverts
