Document Description
The applicant/operator will grade and pave the parking lot in the southern portion of the site, leaving no less than an eight-foot wide buffer zone from the edge of the parking lot to the upper edge of the channel's bank. The proposed outfall will be surrounded by approximately 340 square feet of grouted concrete. The proposed 21-inch diameter storm drain pipe will have flows directed through a 24-inch PVC pipe that will tie into the existing storm drain pipe system, located downstream from the ditch.
