Document Description
A 52,890 square foot waste composting facility on 3.1 acres of the existing landfill site. Designed to accept up to 80 tons per day (tpd) of solid waste, with an average operational capacity of 40 to 60 tpd. The facility will be designed to maximize recycling from the incoming municipal solid waste (MSW) and the non-compostable residual materials. The project will be in operation for at least 20 years, and with proper maintenance, could be extended another 10-15 years.
