Request to amend the general plan from Agriculture to Highway Commerical Planned Development on 20 acres of a 108 acre site on McCracken Road in the Westley area. This proposal also includes a request to rezone 20 acres from General Agriculture (A-2-40) to Planned Development (PD) for a truck stop, and other future highway commercial uses (as yet unknown), and a parcel map to create the three commercial parcels of 5, 5, and 10 acres and two agricultural parcels of 48.72 and 40.04 acres. Zoning will remain General Agriculture on the 48.72 and 40.04 acre sites.
