A Special Permit for the removal of trees in a residential zone under a CA Dept. of Forestry (CDF) 150 Foot Fire Hazard Tree Removal Exemption. The parcel is 2.2 acres in size with no known creeks or other wet areas. The project entails the removal of approximately 30 redwoods between 18-20 dbh and 60-80 feet in height. The removal will inlcude areas around the existing PG&E power lines as well. The parcel is not in the Coastal Zone.
