            This sustainable restoration project will address the joint concerns of local farmers and reclamation districts regarding levee stability, bank protection, flood control, and environmental restoration.  Expected environmental benefits, in terms of habitat, include the protection and enhancement restoration.  Expected environmental benefits, in terms of habitat, include the protection and enhancement of up to 20,000 linear feet of riparian and instream habitat.
