The proposed project will consist of the following components:
* Temporary installation of Grandular Activated Carbon (GAC) equipment, ammonia feed equipment, or similar water treatment equipment at the Holabird Treatment Plant in Calipatria and the Niland Treatment Plant;
* Enlargement and upgrade of the Holabird Treatment Plant in Calipatria;
* Construction of a booster station at a site near the Calipatria State Prison;
* Construction of a transmitted main from the "Prison" booster station to the Niland System;
* Abandonment of the Niland Treatment Plant, and construction of storage tanks at the site.
