The proposed project would continue to operate the China Shipping Container Terminal at Berths 97-109 in the Port of Los Angeles under new and/or modified mitigation measures compared to those set forth in the certified 2008 Final EIR (SCH# 2003061153). The mitigation measures to be reanalyzed based on feasibility, the availability of alternative technologies, and other factors are in the areas of air quality, noise, and traffic.
