The Draft SEIR evaluates the continued operation of the terminal under new and/or modified mitigation measures, along with an incrementally higher cargo throughout level compared to that assumed in the certified 2008 EIS/EIR for the Berths 91-109 Container Terminal Project. The analysis contained in the Draft SEIR examines whether potentially new significant environmental impacts or substantially more severe impacts would occur in the areas of Air Quality, GHG, and Ground Transportation.
