                Document Description

The proposed project would be construction of an 8.7-mile rail extension (Pasadena to Irwindale with 4 stations, about 2,150 parking spaces [by 2025], and a maintenance and operation facility) or a 24-mile rail extension (Pasadena to Montclair with 12 stations, about 4,800 parking spaces [by 2025], and a maintenance and operation facility). The lead agencies for the DEIS/DEIR are the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and the Los Angeles to Pasadena Metro Blue Line Construction Authority (Construction Authority).
