                Document Description
            
            The proposed project is to construct 705,360 gross sq. ft. (gsf) of new medical outpatient buidings and hospital additions to the existing 378,257 gsf Kaiser Roseville Medical Center.  The resulting medical campus would contain 1,083,600 gsf, with 4332 beds and 258 medical providers (physicians).  Surface parking, a 6-level parking garage and a 3-level garage are a part of the project.
