Document Description
The applicant proposes to repair an existing embankment that was damaged by storm, and bring it up to current engineering standards by installing a spillway. The repair consist of removing an existing 24-inch corrugated metal pipe, which currently serves as a spillway, and replacing it with a 20 feet wide by 3 feet deep by 105 feet long retangular concrete-lined emergency spillway. Project requires a Coastal Permit and a Grading Permit. The project is located on the north side of Highway 1 about 3/4 mile southeast of Bonny Doon Road, southeast of Davenport, California.
