                Document Description
            
            Construction of a new high school at the south end of Dixon adjacent to Hall Park and east of SR 113.  The school would replace the existing Dixon HS. The existing HS will be converted to a middle school; the existing middle school would be converted to an elementary school. The 50-acre campus would accommodate 1,600 students and a school farm would occupy the adjoining 30 acres. The city will install a 40-acre stormwater detention basin (Pond C) to the South. The site will be proposed for annexation to the City.
