Document Description
The existing culvert is located in a public right-of-way abutting a recently approved resubdivision of partially developed lands. The culvert is a metal arch 15 feet in diameter and 8 feet high. It is in very poor condition and it is not wide enough to allow the street section it supports to be improved to a standard city full industrial paved width street including frontage improvements (curb, gutter and sidewalk), which is intended to serve the proposed new subdivision.
