            The project is located on a relatively level site with parking to the west; service access, pedestrian paths and turf areas north; turf to the south and eucalyptus trees to the east.  The project would enclose the existing outdoor dining terrace located on the east side of the structure and expand to the north with the addition of new library, a larger kitchen area, new restroom facilities, a new conference room, a new covered entry and additional storage area.
