Document Description
The applicant proposes to place riprap within Ackerman Creek for the purpose of bank stabilization. The applicant has consulted with John N. Bennett of NRCS and has included drawings and specifications of the proposed project. Approximately 175 feet of bank will be stabilized using rip rap and willow plantings. Ackerman Creek will be dry at the time of construction. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2003-0336-3 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
