Remove entrenched section of Bruce Lee Spring Trail in Mount Diablo State Park, break up compaction and fill in, reroute trail to follow natural contours, conceal ends of abandoned trail section with brush. Project will prevent further entrenchment and erosion while supporting continued use and maintenance of the facility.

Project consists of the repair and minor alteration of existing public facilities and topographical features, involving negligible expansion of use beyond current levels, and minor alterations in the condition of land, water, and vegetation which will not involve the removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees, included as "trail or road repairs" and "trail removal, construction, or realignment" in the Department of Parks and Recreation's list of exempt activities, in accordance with CCR S 15300.4.
