Install a new culvert, catch basin, and small retaining wall on Manzanita Point Road in Henry W. Coe State Park. Fill deep catchment ditch along road to eliminate driving hazard. Abandon old culvert in place. Project will protect public safety and natural resources and support continued use and maintenance.
