                Document Description
            
            CDFG is executing Lake and Streambed Alteration Agremeent (SAA#R5-2003-0004) pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Sulphur Springs School District.  The bridge will be 28' wide and 65' long.  The bridge and abutments will be outside of the streambed, but the shadow of the bridge will prevent native vegetation from growing.  In addition, a catch basin and a 24" and 8" RCP drain and possible energu dissipater will be constructed downstream of the bridge to drain a portion of the school site.  The impacts will not exceed 400 square feet (0.009 acres).  The project is located in Canyon County in Los Angeles County.
