Proposed project is the continuation of an aquatic pesticide application program implemented by MID since 1978. This program was regulated in 2002 and 2003 under SWRCB General NPDES Permit No. CAG990003. This permit expires in 2004. The MID program would occur under a new General permit in 2004 and is expected to be equivalent to the current program.
