Document Description
The petitioner, Ledbetter Farms, Inc., has requested a ten tear extension of time, to implement a water-use monitoring plan. The purpose of the monitoring is to document actual water diversions and use, so as to determine compliance with permit 20459. Such documentation is also necessary for licensing the project. This is an existing project and is located about one and a half miles northwest of the town of Windsor. The diversion works, consisting mainly of an on-stream dam and three underflow wells, have already been completed. Water is being used to irrigate the frost protect 141 acres of vineyard. No additional construction work is anticipated in the implementing the monitoring plan submitted to the Division of Water Rights.
