The Project will result in temporary impacts to the following habitats: 0.18 acre of riparian, 0.5 acre of salt marsh, 0.48 acre of brackish marsh, 0.84 acre of freshwater marsh, and 0.1.18 acres of unvegetated channel/open water; and permanent impacts the following habitats: 1.01 acres of riparian, 0.18 acre of salt marsh, 0.58 acre of brackish marsh, 1.79 acres of freshwater marsh, and 0.35 acre of unvegetated channel/open water. Total temporary impacts to habitat is 3.18 acres, total permanent impacts to habitat is 3.91 acres. Impacts will be mitigated through restoration of the following habitats: 0.33 acre of freshwater marsh/riparian and 3.71 acres of tidal salt marsh at the Hallmark West site at Agua Hedionda Lagoon; and a minimum of 50 acres of tidal salt marsh at the W-19 site at San Dieguito Lagoon. Both lagoons are located in San Diego County.
