Document Description
The proposed project is to design and construct approximately 12 miles of a four-lane roadway with median and/or median lane. In the City of Dinuba, between Road 72 and Road 92, El Monte Way (Avenue 416) would be improved to four lanes with either a raised median or two-way left turn lane and replacement of the Kings River Bridge in Tulare County, to provide for four lanes.
