The proposed project would abandon in place or remove and replace portions of the existing concrete sewer trunk main with approximately 5,650 linear feet of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipe, extending from Watmaugh Road East to the SVCSD wastewater treatment facility. The abandoned pipeline and manholes would be filled with cement-sand slurry.
