(1) The operation of a Large Volume Transfer Station and a Materials Recovery Facility on a total of 10 acres;
(2) Permit a maximum of 500 tons per day of mixed solid waste; and
(3) Modifications of the access road, internal traffic routing and addition of paved surfaces.
