DWR proposes to construct approximately 13 acres of emergent wetland/open water ponds and adjacent riparian habitat in the Oroville Wildlife Area. The site currently supports non-native ruderal grassland but is surrounded by riparian/wetland habitat. The project is mitigation for a ACOE 404 permit.
