Middle Horse Creek is a constructed, intermittent drainage that is tributary to Ulatis Creek.  The total area of Middle Horse Creek to be occupied by the three outfalls is approximately 1,140 square feet (0.026 acres).  SAA 1600-2008-0128-3.
