                Document Description

The project proposes to expand an existing building to 314,288 square feet and 52 feet in height. Specifically, building renovations would occur in the entrance lobbies, office space, collocation server warehouse, and service bay. New building development would consist of two indoor generator rooms; two outdoor chiller yards; eight underground, double-contained, diesel fuel storage tanks; two thermal storage yards, each containing approximately 188,000 gallons of chilled water; and two 350,000 gallon make-up water storage tanks to serve the northern and southern cooling towers. Parking is proposed for 199 vehicles. The project applicant also proposes landscape improvements.
