Construction of a 3 million gallon water storage reservoir to supplement the existing 2.45 MG storage capacity. New 18-inch and 24-inch pipelines between reservoirs and service pump station to service the Heber PUD will also be installed. The project will not result in an increase to the water treatment capacity of 2 mg per day.
