            A conservation easement is proposed for approximately 600 acres of the Lubken Ranch.  The purpose of the easement is to permanently preserve the agricultural resources on the property.  The landowners will retain ownership and management of the property and will continue to raise cattle there.  The Eastern Sierra Land Trust will hold the easement.
