2. Application 05WA-042 to recind the existing Williamson Act land conservation contract on the 38.2+/- acre site pursuant to Resolution 122-70 and to excute a new Williamson Act land conservation contract pursuant to Resolution 106-04, including approval of the agricultural management plan.
