Coastal Development Permit to allow the conversion of an existing single-story, approximately 1,752 s.f. retail shop to a single-story, approximately 2,520 s.f. restaurant with outdoor patio dining, 70 seats (38 indoor, 32 outdoor) and hours of operation from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm, daily, in the C2-1-O-CA Zone.
