This addendum adds remnant flood protection facilities removal activity the Environmental Permitting for Operations and Maintenance EIR. DWR has identified the need to remove and/or modify remnant flood protection facilities (i.e., abandoned levees or portions thereof, training levees) to ensure the proper flood protection system function. As a result of these minor additions to the types of maintenance activities to be conducted, DWR has prepared this addendum to the certified EIR.
