Document Description
The Connecting Canals Three Culvert Replacment Project consists of the replacement of Refuge Culvert 1, Refuge Culvert 2, and State Drain pipe, all of which transport water through the Connecting Canals adjacent to the Sutter Bypass. All three culvert replacements will consists of removing the existing corrugated metal culverts and replacing them with 5 feet wide by 3 feet tall box culverts. After completion of the three culvert replacements, any temporary fill and construction debris will be removed, and disturbed areas will be planted with native grass seed.
