Document Description
The project includes one encroachment activity and is limited re-directing an existing storm-water culvert outfall to a new downstream location. The current outfall is contributing to river bank erosion and the new out-fall is intended to reduce erosion and sediment delivery to the Russian River. Approximately 600 square feet of temporary disturbance to grasses, shrubs, and non-native plant species will be necessary to complete the project.
