Note: The total acreage is consistent with the Bureau of Land Management Indian Land Surveyor's Land Description Review dated October 2, 2017. The subject property is currently vacant, with the exception of a concrete foundation associated
with a former warehouse structure. The Tribe plans to continue the current use of the property for the foreseeable future.
Document Description
The subject property consists of one parcel encompassing 5.00 acres, more or less, commonly referred to as the "Walker" property and Assessor's Parcel Number 133-180-01. This acquisition of the Walker property in trust for the Tribe is part of the Tribe's comprehensive plan for restoration of its original reservation land base. The Tribe must ensure that the Walker property is maintained and protected well into the future and that the Tribe continues to be the beneficial owner of the property.
