The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number R5-2003-0168 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Garrett Group. The applicant proposes to alter the streambed by install a soil cement levee on the north bank of Amargosa Creek. The project is located in the City of Palmdale.
