Title: Solid Waste Disposal/Transfer Options for Western Merced County
Description: Six options were evaluated to provide future municipal solid waste disposal capacity for western Merced County. The Lead Agency selected the Billy Wright Landfill expansion and/or the BWL Transfer Station as the only options to be implemented. The principal waste streams received at the BWL are municipal solid waste, C&D material, green waste composting and commingled recyclables transfer.
