- The proposed project is the adoption of a new General Plan for the County of Yolo (2030 Countywide General Plan). The proposed General Plan has a planning horizon of 2030. It establishes County policy, and identifies planned land uses and infrastructure. California State law requires each jurisdiction to adopt a General Plan to guide physical growth within its jurisdictional boundaries.
