- The Santa Fe Bike Path/Multipurpose Trail Connection is a project that will link the cities of Tulare and Visalia. The project generally follows the historic BNSF railroad right-of-way. The southern terminus of the trail is a Prosperity Avenue and the northern terminus is Avenue 272. A temporary on road facility is proposed for the southernmost portion of the trail.
