Title: Recycled Water Facilities Plan
Description: The Palmdale Recycled Water Authority is proposing to amend the previously adopted 2015 Recycled Water Facilities Plan MND, which includes construction and operation of distribution pipelines and laterals and pumping facilities. The Addendum includes modifications to Phase 2 of the adopted project. Environmental impacts related to minor changes for Phase 2 lateral pipelines are evaluated throughout the Addendum.
