- CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement no. 1600-2015-0055-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to the project applicant, DWR. The project removal of accumulated sediment, bank stabilization and drainage outfall repair within Del Puerto Creek at its intersection with the California Aqueduct. Ongoing sediment removal will take place every other year.
