- SCWD has prepared an Infrastructure Master Plan (IMP) Update with recommended Capital Improvement (CI) for Projects for the District's water, wastewater ,and recycled water systems. An Addendum to the MND was prepared to include modifications of the recycled water projects (RW-101) that would better optimize the District's existing recycled water distribution system.
