- The proposed project is one of the three priority supplemental water supply projects outlined in the BMP Update. The primary purpose of the proposed project is to help balance the groundwater basin, prevent further seawater intrusion, and meet the water supply needs in PV Water's service area, by developing College Lake as a water storage and supply source.
