The project would abandon failing private septic systems and connect 57 single-family residences to public sewer facilities. The project includes approximately 4,800 feet of new 8-inch gravity sewer collector to be constructed within county right-of-way along Elkhorn Boulevard, West 2nd Street, Chisum Avenue, Willis Avenue, and Magdelina Street.
